Devin was the youngest of seven children and was unusually tidy, organized and driven as an adolescent. He understood if you want something you have to work for it yourself. He negotiated contracts of steady work to sweep parking lots and sidewalks for local business at the age of eight years old, earning over 100 dollars per month in the 60’s. At the age of 12, he began public speaking courses and cultivated a “silver tongue” as family and friends often touted. After graduation, these traits afforded him a 17-year successful sales career prior to joining Windermere in 1999 where he became a top two producer his first year. In 2003, Devin joined the nation’s largest privately held home builder where he gained an in-depth knowledge of the new home construction process, received several regional sales awards, and elevated to the position of Designated Broker and Lead Community Representative. He returned to the resale industry in 2010 and spent several consecutive years as the #1 volume Broker among five Preview Property branches, a large Snohomish County Brokerage. He’s received the Five Star Professional Award appearing in Seattle Magazine for 10 consecutive years and has been named a Five Star Legend for 2022.
