Devin has been selling real estate since 1999, and his approach to the profession has always been the same; treat people with respect, provide sound advice and exceed his clients’ expectations.

In 2003 Devin left the private sector and went to work for Shea Homes, the country’s largest privately owned builder, selling homes exclusively in the 55+ Active Adult community Trilogy at Redmond Ridge. There, as one the top sales producers and the number one presenter in the country, he fast became an expert in the community of Trilogy as well as the Designated Broker and an officer of the company.

When the economic crisis hit in 2008, it became apparent that the business he loved was about to be turned upside down — his job was about to become much more challenging. In 2009 Devin returned to the private sector to do what he loves best, serving homeowners one-on-one.

Devin started in 2010 and began to lay out the strategy and groundwork for a brand new real estate business that would address the needs of a radically altered real estate market.  Devin and his team knew the key to their success would be the level of service they were willing to provide to their clients. “After the 2008 market crash we saw how homeowners were struggling with the hit their investments had taken and that brokers were still clinging to the same old status quo when it came to their participation and services. We knew we could do better for people” said Devin about their initial business planning process. “I was confident that we could break new ground in real estate marketing at the local level” Devin said. “I believed if we provided ALL of our sellers with professional photography and marketing without charging more, it would represent a substantial added value while at the same time giving our clients the best shot at getting the highest price possible price for their homes!”

But Devin and his team don’t stop at just top notch marketing. In fact their passion for serving begins with the preparation of the homes they sell.

“Our team evolved out of a passion; a passion for helping make things easier for sellers. We answer the overwhelming questions of “how do we get ready?’ ‘Will our home pass inspection?’ and ‘How can we possibly do this all ourselves?’ The truth is you don’t have to; it doesn’t cost more to have a highly skilled and service oriented team working for you.”
