I was involved with the development of Trilogy in the earlier years helping with redline changes on the blueprints, designs of certain floor plans, creation of the canned sales tour, assessing homesite premiums, building homes on paper, overseeing the construction process of assigned homes and much more for the developer. I have firsthand training regarding energy efficiency features, drainage, how the retaining walls were designed, the initial and ongoing concepts of what “Trilogy” means and more. I love the Trilogy concept and the people who live here.
