There are approximately 300 residents of Beaux Arts Village. They enjoy their humble area while raving about its close proximity to the Eastside and their short commute to downtown Seattle. Even though it’s one of the smallest areas in Western Washington, it stands out as a desirable location for home owners because of the quaint, beautiful area weaved through sky-high trees, up and down small streets.
One of the best kept secrets for those who live within Beaux Arts is the private beach for residents to use at any time. It’s called the Western Academy of Beaux Arts and is a 1,100-foot stretch of Lake Washington waterfront nestled within Beaux Arts Village. Families are delighted to be part of the Bellevue School District. Their kids start at the Enatai Elementary, attend the Chinook Middle School, and end at the Bellevue High School.
